TipTracker does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal or financial data. Your employee, tip, and overtime data stays on your device.

Data Collection

TipTracker collects no data whatsoever. Specifically:

Employee & Financial Data

TipTracker stores employee records, tip entries, overtime hours, and settings locally on your device using IndexedDB. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party. All data entry is manual. TipTracker does not connect to any payroll service, IRS system, or financial institution.

Local Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB and localStorage. This includes employee information, tip entries, time entries, and app settings. None of this data is synced, uploaded, or shared. You can export all your data as JSON at any time, and you can delete all data from within the app.

Purchases

If you purchase TipTracker Pro, the transaction is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your payment information. The payment provider's privacy policy applies to the transaction itself.

Network Access

TipTracker works entirely offline after initial installation. No data is sent to any server at any time during normal use.

Third-Party Services

TipTracker uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.

Children's Privacy

TipTracker does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.

If we ever change this policy, we will update the date above.
